We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Wellness Center Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our wellness center. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of wellness center staff, administrative personnel, and support staff
Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain compliance with regulations, and privacy laws
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational costs to support financial sustainability




Collaborate with human resources on hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives
Ensure the wellness center adheres to safety protocols and maintains a clean, welcoming setting for all visitors

Experience
Proven supervisory experience minimum 2 years
Experience managing budgets is desirable
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee relations in healthcare environments
