Job Summary

We're looking for a Welding Gun Assembly Technician to join our production team. You'll build MIG welding guns from the ground up. No welding gun experience necessary — we'll train you on our products and processes.

Duties
Assemble & Repair MIG welding guns to spec and quality standard
Read and follow build instructions and work orders
Inspect components and finished guns for quality
Work with hand tools and basic shop equipment
Keep your work area organized and follow shop safety practices
Work with the production team to hit order deadlines

Requirements
No prior welding gun assembly experience required — we'll train the right person
Comfortable with hand tools and mechanical assembly work
Positive attention to detail and pride in quality work
Reliable, punctual, and works well in a small team




Physically able to handle shop work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
