Job Summary:

Customer-focused Barista with experience in high-volume café operations, specializing in crafting specialty beverages, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting daily store functions. Known for maintaining service efficiency while building solid customer relationships in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Duties:
Prepare 150–200 handcrafted beverages per shift, including espresso-based drinks and seasonal specialties, ensuring consistency and presentation standards.
Provide personalized customer service by recommending menu items, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately while managing peak-hour queues efficiently.
Support café operations including inventory restocking, display setup, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.




Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow, reduce wait times, and deliver a seamless service experience.
Assist in merchandising and promoting current products to drive daily sales.
