This is a hybrid position focusing on compliance and client service. In this Tax Associate role, your focus will be on assisting clients with their tax obligations associated with global mobility.
You will prepare personal income tax returns for either Canada or the US, conduct tax research, and provide tailored advice for international employment scenarios. Engaging with a diverse team, you will work to enhance client experiences through effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Canadian or US personal income tax returns
Conduct in-depth research and drafting of tax memos
Offer tax advisory services to international clients
Collaborate with colleagues to provide client value
Utilize critical thinking to resolve complex issues Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Knowledge of US and/or Canadian tax regulations
Excellent customer service and analytical skills
Proficient in handling multiple tasks efficiently
