Join our energetic team as a Tire Service Advisor, where you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their tire and automotive service needs. This energetic role combines customer service excellence with technical knowledge, ensuring every guest receives personalized solutions that keep their vehicles safe and performing at their best. As a Tire Service Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a positive experience, promoting additional services through upselling, and supporting the overall success of our dealership.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs related to tires and basic automotive services
Provide expert advice on tire selection, maintenance, and replacement options tailored to each customer’s driving habits and vehicle specifications
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Upsell additional automotive services and products to maximize customer value and dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage invoices efficiently
Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions,
and sales activities
Educate customers on proper tire care, safety tips, and recommended maintenance schedules
Requirements
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Proven ability to upsell services while maintaining integrity and transparency
Experience with sales processes and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and tire products is advantageous
