Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile Warehouse Associate to join our team in a hybrid office–warehouse role. This position combines physical warehouse tasks with administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable switching between tasks, and eager to learn logistics and operations in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare shipments and coordinate with carriers
Assist with occasional container unloading and stock receiving
Organize inventory and maintain a clean warehouse environment
Support basic logistics tracking (shipments, delivery follow-ups)

Office & Administrative
Input orders accurately into our system
Perform basic customer service (email/phone inquiries, order follow-ups)




Assist with shipping documentation and internal tracking sheets & reporting
Support day-to-day coordination between warehouse and office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working in a hybrid role (warehouse + desk)
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking sheets)
Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an asset
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
Ability to lift boxes and perform physical tasks as required

Assets (Nice to Have)
Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience
Customer service experience
Familiarity with shipping carriers or order management systems
