This hybrid role operates from Longueuil or Mississauga, focusing on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement. You will play a vital role within the BU leadership team, delivering real estate leadership and shaping strategies for a portfolio covering over 5 million sq. ft.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in real estate management, project delivery, and contract negotiation. This position emphasizes the ability to provide value-added solutions aligning with business objectives and managing project intake processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
