SKI CLOTHING SALES STAFF: Full Time (Seasonal)

What you will do in this role:
Assist in managing customer service and flow throughout the department.
Assist customers in assessment of their needs and support them in selecting the most suitable products.
Assess, intake and triage a variety of items for adjustment including store inventory and customer adjustment requests (these include services, boot adjustments and warranty requests etc.).
Passionately lead by example the sales and customer service standards expected by Skiis & Biikes
Educate customers and staff on trends in the ski, snowboard and bike industries and help them choose the right product or service for their adventures.

Requirements for this role:
Proven sales experience
Passion, knowledge and involvement in athletic pursuits such as skiing, snowboarding, and biking
Ability to establish robust interpersonal relationships and develop a rapport with customers




Excellent organization and communication skills
Positive, passionate, and self-starting attitude and work ethic
Proactive, solution-oriented, responsible, dependable
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends
Completion of grade 12 education
