ADC Group is looking for an experienced Concrete Site Supervisor to join our team in Uxbridge. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a crew of fewer than 10 employees while actively participating in daily site operations.

The successful candidate will have a robust background in concrete construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a concrete construction crew.
Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
Oversee concrete forming, placing, and finishing operations.
Maintain quality standards and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Promote and enforce safe work practices.




Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

Required:
Solid understanding of concrete forming, placing, and finishing techniques.
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Ability to lead by example in a hands-on work setting.

Preferred:
5+ years of experience in the concrete construction industry.
2+ years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
