Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and skilled Tandem Operator to join our construction team. Duties
Operate tandem trucks for the transportation of materials across construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations
Handle heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers to assist with site preparation, grading, excavation.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate material deliveries and site logistics efficiently




Assist with general construction tasks using mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery and tools
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and delivery documentation
Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work workplace

Requirements
A current / up to date class 1 license. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience in operating tandem trucks or similar vehicles
Proven experience with basic operating heavy construction equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks
Prior construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with heavy equipment operation is essential

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
