Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales prospects through friendly suggestions
Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests,



or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
Food safety knowledge and food handling experience essential for maintaining sanitation standards
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is advantageous
Excellent communication skills to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and courteously
