Facilitate and oversee financial planning processes
Collaborate on organizational dashboards and KPIs




Analyze clinical and operational performance metrics
Ensure adherence to Ontario Health reporting requirements
Mentor the Finance team in performance excellence Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
At least five years of leadership in healthcare finance
CPA or Master’s degree considered an asset
