Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with their take-out orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Process transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with precision
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to relay special requests or dietary needs for take-out orders
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, adhering to health and safety standards
Answer phone inquiries politely, providing information about menu items and order status while practicing excellent phone etiquette
Manage order pickups smoothly,



ensuring timely delivery to guests and minimizing wait times
Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food service or guest services as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards is a plus
Experience in hotel or hospitality settings can be advantageous but is not required
