Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Process payments efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions with precision, and give correct change
Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems,



especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Experience with food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is advantageous
