Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar stations and dining spaces




Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or food industry roles with a robust focus on customer service
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and basic calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Exceptional communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
