We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, including bartending duties such as mixing drinks, garnishing, and maintaining bar stock
Serve food promptly while ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are followed
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar stations, dining tables,



and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Engage with guests proactively to address their needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while multitasking efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management
Experience in hospitality or food service settings is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
