Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server in our taproom, you will be responsible for promoting our in-house brewed beers, crafting cocktails, serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Interact with customers in a friendly and skilled manner, providing assistance and recommendations of our craft beers.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are correctly entered and payments handled efficiently.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation.

Experience
Previous bartending and/or serving experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with restaurant operations and food handling practices is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Experience with POS systems or cashiering is a plus.
