Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly setting
Support daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter, including handling cash and electronic payments
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and meet daily goals
Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damages




Uphold safety standards by following protocols and ensuring a secure environment for all visitors and staff

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Solid communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
