Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to meet performance targets and uphold company standards
Manage daily workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping
Monitor budget adherence and assist in resource allocation to optimize operational costs
Coordinate program management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and engagement
Address team concerns promptly, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment

Qualifications




Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Open availibility on weekends
Strong administrative skills with experience in managing schedules, reports, labor hours, customer service, and documentation
Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in resource planning
Demonstrated ability to manage programs or projects from initiation to completion
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor is a must. We verify with previous employers.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
