168 Sushi Buffet is a busy, family-friendly all-you-can-eat sushi and Asian restaurant serving fresh sushi, sashimi, and a wide variety of hot dishes to guests every day. We are a friendly, hardworking team and we are growing. We are looking for a positive, reliable Server to join us.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, seat them, and explain how our buffet and ordering process works
Keep tables clean by clearing plates promptly and resetting tables for the next guests
Refill drinks, replenish utensils and supplies, and respond to guest requests quickly
Keep the dining area, buffet stations, and service areas clean, tidy, and stocked
Work closely with the kitchen, sushi bar, and front desk to keep service running smoothly
Handle guest questions and feedback politely and professionally
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Friendly, positive attitude and a robust sense of responsibility
Able to work in a fast-paced workplace and stay on your feet for a full shift
Able to lift and carry up to 20 kg (bussing trays, supplies)




Available for weekends and holidays
Good teamwork and communication skills; basic English required
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset.
Smart Serve certification is an asset (include only if the role involves serving alcohol)
