Halton Healthcare is seeking a qualified social worker for the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Program in Oakville, Milton or Georgetown sites. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment for individuals with concurrent disorders, coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team and community partners.
The role requires versatile schedule, some evenings, and travel between sites. This is a temporary full time position with an approximately one-year contract and shift pattern as described.
