Duties
Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, or wood, following project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to secure siding panels onto building exteriors
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, or removing old siding to ensure proper adhesion of new materials
Apply caulking around windows, doors, and seams to create weather-tight seals and prevent water intrusion
Lift heavy siding panels and equipment safely while maintaining proper posture to avoid injury




Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to determine installation requirements and layout plans
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Qualifications
Proven experience with construction work, carpentry, or handyman tasks involving exterior building finishes
Familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions effectively
Experience with caulking techniques for weatherproofing exteriors
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights in various weather conditions
Knowledge of blueprint reading to ensure precise installation according to design specifications
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety protocols and quality craftsmanship
