Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
Review and interpret prescription orders
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy
Provide drug information to patients and healthcare providers
Monitor patient medication therapy for safety and efficacy
Participate in medication reconciliation processes
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate patient medication profiles
Experience
Current pharmacist license in Ontario
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced healthcare workplace
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
