As a Senior Engineer, you will oversee significant projects, conduct forensic investigations, and provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
Act as Engineer of Record (EoR) for projects
Lead building envelope assessments and design
Conduct forensic investigations on building failures
Mentor and support junior engineers and staff
Execute project delivery and quality assurance tasks

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Building Science
BC Skilled Engineer (P. Eng.) license
Minimum of 10 years building science consulting
5 years’ experience as Engineer of Record
Excellent project management and communication skills
