Responsibilities
Perform professional sugar waxing services on various areas of the body with precision and care
Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a secure and clean environment for clients and staff
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing experience that fosters client loyalty
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to support their skincare goals




Manage retail sales by promoting and selling skincare products that complement treatments
Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement

Skills
Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients and address their concerns confidently
Proven experience in sugar waxing techniques
Excellent knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards at all times
Ability to effectively promote retail products and enhance sales through genuine recommendations
Good communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide professional advice
