We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality sandwiches and food items in a quick-paced setting, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining sanitation standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer specifications
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times




Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Follow all restaurant policies related to sanitation, safety, and food quality

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Experience in cashiering or cash handling is desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Kitchen experience or prior roles as a sandwich maker or in similar food preparation positions are advantageous
