Duties
Prepare and blend smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards
Operate cash registers using POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate transactions
Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, answering questions about menu options and dietary needs
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality




Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support overall store operations

Skills
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Strong background in the food industry or food service environment
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
Barista experience or familiarity with serving beverages is a plus
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and serving
Good time management skills to handle peak hours smoothly
Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic math for accurate measurements and transactions
