This role provides research, reporting, financial, and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring efficient campaign execution, accurate tracking of sales activity, and alignment across departments.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSales & Partnership SupportConduct research to identify prospective partners, sponsors, and collaborators aligned with the organization's business objectivesMaintain and update prospect lists, contact databases, and sales tracking documentsAssist with the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, presentations, and reportsSupport relationship management by tracking outreach, follow-ups, and business activitySupport the Group Sales department with booking and assistant group client reservationsFinancial & Administrative SupportProcess accounts payable, including invoice tracking, coding, and submission in accordance with internal proceduresAssist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting related to sales and partnershipsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and agreementsMedia Monitoring & ReportingMonitor media coverage, press mentions, influencer coverage and industry news related to the organization and its partnersMaintain organized digital files for press coverageTrack promotional activity and support post-campaign reportingMarketing SupportAssist with creation of organic social media posts for various social channelsAssist with artwork preparation for social, eblasts and other correspondenceAssist with grassroots promotions for various showsSupport the planning,
