Kozak Ukrainian Eatery is hiring a full time Production Cook for our East Vancouver commissary kitchen.This is a high-volume food-production role involving ingredient preparation and cooking Ukrainian dishes in large batches according to recipes and daily production plans.Previous professional kitchen experience is an asset but is not required. We are looking for someone who works quickly, stays organized, follows instructions and is comfortable with repetitive kitchen tasks. Training on our recipes, procedures and equipment will be provided on the job.Schedule and AvailabilityFull availability is required. Shifts may include:Morning shifts starting at 5:30 a.M.Afternoon shifts starting at 12:00 p.M.Weekdays, weekends and statutory holidaysApplicants must be available for either shift based on the production schedule.
