We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them."Your role:Collaborate with Partners and the Assurance & Advisory team to assist in planning, execution, and completion of a wide range of Audit and Review engagements, working both independently and as part of a team.Manage the engagement process including planning, execution, and finalization in accordance with applicable Standards, including continuous communication with the team and clients regarding deadlines and deliverablesManage project financials, including budgets, WIP, and timely billing.Support, mentor, and train a team of professionals during field assignments while actively managing the engagement progress, which includes occasional preparation of files where additional assistance is required. Guide the team on accounting and auditing standards as well as BT KDN specific methodology. Proactive project management with strong communication of expectations to the team as well as and ongoing status updates with Partners and clients is importantAnalyze financial information and operational performance for adherence to applicable accounting standardsAssess risk, controls,
