and mechanical wear componentsPerform preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and complete required documentationInspect and maintain barrel assemblies, heater bands, wiring, and cooling channelsRobotics & AutomationPerform adjustments and repairs to end-of-arm tooling (EOAT)Diagnose robot I/O issues and perform minor program edits for recoveryMaintain and troubleshoot downstream automation equipment such as conveyors, separators, and handling systemsAuxiliary EquipmentMaintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment, including resin dryers and loaders, blenders, grinders, temperature control units (TCUs), chillers, and hot runner temperature controllersInspect and repair water, air, and vacuum lines associated with molding operationsGeneral MaintenanceRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematicsPerform mechanical repairs using machine tools such as grinders, drill presses, and lathes (as required)Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and lockout/tagout proceduresInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentProvide support on facility-related projects and preventative maintenance tasksEducation and ExperienceMinimum five (5) years of experience in direct/indirect supervision and injection molding ma‐chine processing to produce molded partsUniversity Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or accredited mold making program or relevant College Technical CertificationMinimum three (3) years of experience using Lean Manufacturing methodologies, i.E. SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die)Minimum three (3)
