Operator position requires a hands-on approach to operating manufacturing equipment safely, performing maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Engage in pre-job discussions, collaborate with your team, and look for innovative ways to enhance manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in team pre-job and Toolbox discussions
Operate and maintain machinery according to guidelines
Repair and produce power section stators for drilling use
Conduct inspections and identify equipment issues
Ensure a protected and organized work setting Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary
Minimum of two years in a manufacturing setting preferred
Robust mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience
Experience with forklift and overhead crane as an asset
