Implement supports from students' Inclusive Education Plans
Aid in the development of life and social skills




Modify learning resources to fit individual requirements
Track and manage student behavior effectively
Assist with both personal care and physical needs Requirements:
Completed Education Assistant Program certification is essential
25-hour autism course is required if not included in certification
180 hours of practical experience in a school setting
Demonstrated effective communication skills
