Real mentorship and development, not just a title change

What You'll Do
Partner directly with clients and Investment Advisors on tax, estate, and personal finance strategy
Build and present sophisticated financial projections using industry-leading planning software
Spot tax-minimization opportunities across personal, corporate, and trust income tax, registered/non-registered accounts, pensions, and government perks — and explain them in plain English
Contribute to internal seminars and external presentations

What You Bring
CPA + 5 years post-designation tax experience, ideally beyond standard corporate compliance (private wealth, trusts, cross-border)
CFP, or willingness to complete it within 2 years
CPA In-Depth Tax Program — enrolled, in progress, or completed is a solid asset
TEP and/or FEA are a bonus, not a requirement
Sharp analytical instincts paired with genuine rapport-building ability — people trust you and enjoy working with you
A collaborative, self-starting mindset
