Duties
Process personal and sole proprietorship tax returns
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Other Administrative duties
Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Tax preparer
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Profile tax software is a must
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work Monday to Saturday
Ability to travel for in-person work
