We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various on-site activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist with general site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing, cleaning, and material handling
Perform site cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Help with the installation of structures, fixtures,



or other components as directed
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Experience
Previous experience in construction or manual labour is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
Basic understanding of construction site procedures and safety regulations is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions effectively
