The Opportunity

PUR is hiring a Paid Social & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social and digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and sales growth. You'll own day-to-day execution across platforms like Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok, and work closely with the broader growth, social, creative, and e-commerce teams (including Amazon and retail media) to turn performance data into better campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who loves the mechanics of paid media, analytics, and the strategy behind it all.

What You'll Do

Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid search and programmatic digital platforms

Own campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, bidding, and day-to-day real-time optimization to hit ROAS, CPA, and awareness targets, as well as ATC and conversions

Monitor performance daily, pull insights from platform and analytics data, and turn findings into transparent, actionable recommendations

Partner with creative and content teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative, identifying what's working and why, and replicating it

Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign recaps for internal stakeholders,



translating metrics into plain-language takeaways

Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, brand, and retail media teams (including Amazon Ads) to align paid social with broader growth initiatives

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, and proactively bring new formats and opportunities to the team

Maintain strong QA discipline, catching pacing, targeting, or tracking issues before they become problems

What You'll Bring

3-5+ years of hands-on paid social/digital advertising experience, in-house or at an agency (CPG, DTC, or e-commerce brand experience is a strong plus)

Proven experience managing live budgets in Meta Ads Manager, with working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform; TikTok or other experience is an asset

Superior skill with performance data and reporting; strong Excel skills required;

experience with BI tools is a plus

Understanding of full-funnel media strategy: audience segmentation, creative testing, budget pacing, and performance analysis

Strong aptitude for marketing tech and AI adoption

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate certificate in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Excellent attention to detail and QA discipline, comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight

Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, and leadership stakeholders

Nice to Have

Platform certifications such as Meta Certified Media Buying/Planning Professional, Google Ads Certification, etc.

Experience with Amazon Advertising or other retail media platforms

Exposure to paid search (Google Ads) or programmatic/DSP buying A track record of managing across multiple market geographies simultaneously
