Our team is remote, collaborative, AI-forward, and relentlessly focused on client results.

The Role

You will work directly with painting company owners across two formats:

- One-on-one coaching: private engagements where you guide an owner through their specific growth challenges.
- Base Camp group coaching: our structured group coaching program, where you lead a cohort of owners through the Painter Growth method, driving peer learning and accountability at scale.

In both, you help owners build stronger operations, leadership, and profitability using our proven frameworks. You bring the lived experience. We bring the system, the client base, and the platform.

This role is not for beginners To be considered, you must have successfully built a $2M+ trades or home services business (hard minimum), and/or coached multi-seven-figure owners in this industry.



We are looking for people who have lived the startup grind and built something real from the ground up, not people who have only managed someone else's operation. If you have scaled more than one business, or grown inside a franchise system, even better.

Your mission: take what you learned scaling companies and help other contractors achieve the same breakthroughs using the Painter Growth method and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a portfolio of painting contractors through structured one-on-one and Base Camp group coaching.
- Run coaching calls centered on finances, strategy, systems, leadership, and accountability.
- Analyze client businesses, reviewing financials, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Deliver actionable solutions in estimating, margins, recruiting, leadership, and team building.
- Facilitate group cohorts that create momentum, peer accountability, and shared wins.
- Collaborate with our coaching team to share best practices and ensure consistent results.
- Keep clear progress notes so every client's journey is tracked and visible.

What We Are Looking For

Required

- A proven track record building and scaling a $2M+ trades or home services business from the ground up, or coaching and consulting for multi-seven-figure trades and home services owners.




- Sharp business analysis and problem-solving skills, especially around financials and margins.
- A history of coaching other business owners that led to results.
- A clear, confident communicator, verbal and written.
- AI-enabled. We are a very AI-forward company, and you must actively use AI in how you work. Comfort with Google Workspace, CRM dashboards, Slack, and Zoom is expected.
- Independent, self-driven, and able to run a full portfolio while delivering a premium experience.

Preferred

- You have built or scaled more than one business, or grown inside a franchise system, and understand its trade-offs.
- Background in painting, house detailing, landscaping, roofing, or similar home services.
- Strength in leadership development, EOS, or comparable operating systems.
- A knack for attracting and closing client referrals and new leads using Painter Growth marketing and program materials.
