We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in our Door Sales Division.

The ideal candidate will assist customers with Interior and Exterior door quotes and sales.

This is a full time position Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 5:00pm

Windsor Plywood is a Canadian owned building supply business that has been in business since 1969. Our Store in Nanaimo specializes in Lumber, Sheet Goods, Doors, and Finishing products.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in residential door sales.

Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner

-Take information and quote customers based on their order specifications
Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
Handle cash transactions accurately
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Answer customer inquiries via phone, in-person, or email




Utilize strong communication skills to provide product information and recommendations

Qualifications:
Prior experience in building supply sales, with special consideration specifically to Door Sales
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with technical sales or product demos is a plus

Building Supply Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Residential Door Sales: 1 year (preferred)
