Our client in Dundas is looking for an experience service/Warranty Advisor to join their growing team.

This position requires someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
You will provide support to technicians in the shop and field
Liaison with customers and technicians regarding repairs
Create service orders and input data into service software
Handle all documentation for warranty and p rocess warranty claims
Look up parts and pricing
Assist the service team when needed

Requirements:
Someone familiar with a service shop environment
Robust computer skills, proficient with MS office
Team oriented
Previous experience working in a similar role within the heavy-duty truck & transportation or heavy equipment repair industry.
