Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry
Ability to perform basic math for bill calculation, cash handling, and change management
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
