The Bitter End is hiring Servers to join our team!

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers who enjoy providing great hospitality and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. If you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and take pride in excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Have a robust knowledge of our menu and be able to answer guest questions
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
Follow all food, beverage, and responsible alcohol service standards
Work effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members
Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

Qualifications
Valid Serve Right certification is required




Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
