This position is responsible for assisting with procurement and inventory management, as well as providing sales support. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for building and maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and process purchase orders for required inventory and suppliesTrack and monitor purchase order statusEnsure proper inventory managementPrepare reports and analyses on inventory, sales, and purchasing performanceMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers; communicate effectively, appropriately,



and promptlyAssist with new product developmentCoordinate scheduling and regulatory requirements with production departmentProvide sustainability information to customersManage customer promotionsAssist with key account managementSkills & Qualifications2-3 years' experience in inventory management and/or purchasing in the food industry, preferably seafoodStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ERP systemsKnowledge of inventory management systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in international sales or procurement (asset)All applicants are welcome.
