as a member of the Desert Gardens new Day Program, will support seniors with diverse abilities to reach their potential and enhance their quality of life. Provides activities and opportunities that:enhance participants' independence and confidencebuild relationships and social skillsimprove physical and emotional healthencourage meaningful and rewarding community connections.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supports clients in recreational activities including sports, crafts, and participation in the community. Transports clients in agency van(s) to activities.Supports clients with mobility challenges as needed by providing physical support, which may include assisting with walkers, pushing/pulling wheelchairs using the Hoyer lift, etc.Monitors personal care and health needs and performs personal care as needed.Collaborates with participants, their caregivers, and other professionals to assess individual needs and assist participants to develop and attain individual goals.Administers medication as needed,
