or site concerns Requirements Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee) Valid Business Registration Valid GST/HST Number (Ontario) or GST/QST Registration (Quebec) Current Commercial General Liability Insurance Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment required for flooring installation Experience with residential flooring installation preferred Quebec Contractors Must Also Provide: Valid NEQ (Numéro d'entreprise du Québec) Current CNESST registration and proof of compliance, where applicable Proof of CNESST coverage or exemption, as applicable Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage in Quebec Ontario Contractors Must Also Provide: Current WSIB Clearance Certificate, where applicable Compensation Competitive contract rates Bi-weekly
