The Mobile Health Outreach team is responsible for providing care, connection, and linkage for individuals, peers, and agency partners located within Central Vancouver Island.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding harm reduction supplies, health information, and Point of Care Testing (POCT) for priority populations vulnerable to contracting or transmitting HIV/HCVHealth promotion and teaching endorsed harm reduction health practicesPromoting connection and link to social support, relevant health, income and social services.Promoting safe spaces that are inclusive and provides culturally relevant health education around HIV/HCV prevention,
