and floor buffing for optimal resultsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout all phases of installationAssist in construction estimating by assessing project scope and material needsQualificationsProven experience in flooring installation, epoxy application, tile laying, or related construction fieldsStrong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawingsSkilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, buffing machines, and other relevant equipmentConstruction site experience with a focus on safety and quality assuranceFamiliarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care techniquesAbility to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of craftsmanshipAdditional skills such as cabinetry installation, handyman experience, remodeling, or construction painting are a plusJoin us to lead innovative flooring projects that make a lasting impact!
