About the CompanyASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is a global manufacturer of automated pedestrian, industrial, and high-performance door solutions, operating in over 100 countries.The RoleInstallation Technician – responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors to ensure customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers' recommended installation procedures and specifications.Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing any problems, shortages and inefficiencies in job-site conditions.Perform all work in a safe manner preventing accidents to self, co-workers, contractors, and the public.Wear and maintain all personal protection equipment when necessary.Perform planned maintenance, break‐fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electromechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.Maintain professional communication with customers, end‐users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.Participate in on‐call rotations after certification and training.SafetyPerform physically demanding tasks,
