Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and perks, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and stocked according to company standards
Offer technical support by explaining product functionalities and answering customer questions clearly and confidently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor,
ensuring products are properly labeled and accessible
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store hours, or services as needed
Requirements
Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is advantageous, especially with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication skills to clearly convey product details and build rapport with customers
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked
Ability to perform product demos confidently, demonstrating technical features when necessary
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
