If you're looking to build your skills and make a meaningful impact with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and community impact, we'd love to hear from you.Full-Time, PermanentOn-SiteHours of Work:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmAbility to work flexible hours and overtime as requiredRotation of evenings and weekend workPrimary Responsibilities:Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and uphold Execulink's Vision, Mission, and ValuesComplete field work orders for new and existing Fibre services, including installation and repairConduct site surveys to provide information regarding installation plans or fibre burialsConduct fiber splicing using a fusion splicerHand dig for service fiber cables to complete installations and repairsWork with various types of fiber splice enclosuresTest fiber using an OTDR and interpret the results for troubleshootingPromote and explain equipment and services through demonstration and discussionMaintain a general level of knowledge covering all current equipment, technologies, and standardsInvestigate and respond to the needs of all customers, both internal and external,



according to established proceduresProvide exceptional support to our Residential customers to ensure high service levelsTravel frequently across our coverage area for on-site visitsMaintain regular direct responsibility for customer relations regarding installations, repairs, and outagesReceive technical direction from other team techniciansWork with the Sales Team to provide information on current service offerings for specific locationsImplement and perform preventative maintenanceParticipate in order and inventory management for all equipmentEstimate costs for service installation or repairEnsure vehicle and all equipment are properly maintained at all timesInstall inside wiring and connect it to outside equipmentInspect and test required hardwareLocate, analyze, and isolate issues affecting telephone, data, and video servicesRepair, remove, or replace faulty equipment used to provide servicesPromote and explain services through demonstrations and discussions during customer interactionsTravel to customer premises to install, test, and instruct customers on a variety of serviceOther duties as requiredHR Responsibilities:NoneQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experienceWorking knowledge of FTTH proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaborativelyProven ability to multitask, plan, and organize to meet deadlinesEffective decision-making skills with minimal supervisionStrong judgment and decision-making abilities, considering costs and benefitsAbility to identify complex problems and evaluate options for implementationMust be open to completing and passing training in Fall Arrest, Emergency First Aid,
